We are sure that you will love our unique products and wonderful tea. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with Teaquilibrium products, you may return them, within 14 days after items are shipped for a full refund. Please contact us via e-mail at info@teaquilibrium.com to obtain approval prior to returning the merchandise. Please state in the e-mail the items you wish to return and the reason. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses associated with returns or exchanges. Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise via e-mail at info@teaquilibrium.com.
